Long-term partnerships

Our quality assurance strategy has enabled us to establish long-term partnerships with major customers for the provision of translating and interpreting services. Apart from ensuring the use of the specific terminology for each field or sector concerned, long-term collaboration makes it possible to build relationships based on trust and understanding and to gradually master the specific processes and preferences of our customers, while at the same time compiling translation memories (databases). Our methodology is based on cooperation with our customers, scientists, engineers, lawyers and communication specialists, and on their expertise: they validate our interpretation of their texts and the terminology used in them

.

Public contracts

We currently have five institutional public contracts following calls for tender: CNES, since the beginning of our company, ANSES since 2009, the Translation Centre for the organisations of the European Union since 2004, Joseph Fourier University since 2016, the French Development Agency (AFD) since 2017.

We also have major framework contracts with private companies

This kind of work, in addition to ensuring that the team of translators uses consistent terminology, requires close cooperation with the authors.

Terminology and Knowledge Management

We also work in the fields of Terminology and Knowledge Management, on behalf of the French space agency, CNES, as supervising contractor overseeing two subcontracting IT companies in the framework of a public contract we have held since 2009.
